Brookhaven City Centre to Showcase Local Artists in Rotating Exhibits, Supporting Cultural Sustainability
BROOKHAVEN, GEORGIA—MAY 2025—As the City of Brookhaven and Explore Brookhaven gear up to open the new City Centre this summer, the city is deepening its commitment to cultural sustainability through rotating art exhibits featuring local and regional artists. Conveniently located just minutes from Atlanta and easily accessible via I-85 and I-285, the new City Centre will serve as both a civic hub and a vibrant cultural destination, showcasing a curated selection of artwork that reflects Brookhaven’s creative spirit and community values.
Located at 4001 Peachtree Road, the Atrium of the 74,000-square-foot facility will serve as a dynamic gallery space, showcasing a curated selection of artwork throughout the year, reinforcing Brookhaven’s ongoing dedication to supporting its creative community.
“This new City Centre will not only serve as a hub for city services but also as a vibrant platform for our local makers,” said Renée Areng, president and CEO of Explore Brookhaven. “By integrating rotating art exhibits into the heart of the building, we’re creating an opportunity for artists to share their work, connect with the community and contribute to Brookhaven’s cultural identity.”
In addition to the year-round exhibits, Explore Brookhaven will host the annual Art Pop-Up + Shop in the City Centre later this year. Event details will be announced in the coming months. This curated event will continue its tradition of featuring diverse works from local artists and artisans, providing a centralized venue to discover unique, handcrafted pieces.
