Volunteer Day: Eco-Stewards at Ashford Forest Preserve

Join the City of Brookhaven and EcoAddendum for a hands-on work event at Ashford Forest Preserve! Volunteers will focus on invasive species identification, woody invasive removal, and improving the health of native forests and waterways. Help preserve this unique greenspace rich with both new and old-growth forest species. Bring your energy and be part of an exciting day of conservation and community!

Meet at the parking lot: 3890 Clairmont Rd, GA 30341

9:00am - Comm Michelle Long Spears / DeKalb District 2 will do a walking Q&A for her constituents at the parking area and then thru the Ashford Forest Preserve trails

10:30am - Eco-Stewards Work Event will start at the parking area - check-in, gather instructions and tools, separate into Steward-led teams and begin work
